What is BetaPick?
BetaPick is a software discovery platform where you can explore products, read community feedback, and find practical editorial guides.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public listings and articles without signing in. Contributing reviews, voting, bookmarking, and submitting products requires an account.
How do I submit a product?
Start from Submit a product, complete the listing, and follow the website verification steps. The submission flow explains the available launch options and any charges before checkout.
What does the orange verification mark mean?
It means website ownership has been verified through BetaPick’s verification process. It is not a security certification or a guarantee about the product.
What does Editorial Featured mean?
The product is linked from a published BetaPick blog article. Sponsorship or a homepage featured flag alone does not qualify a product.
Do paid placements change rankings?
Sponsored placements are labeled and separate from organic rankings. Paying for a placement does not buy community votes or XP.
How do XP and achievements work?
Eligible contributions can earn community XP and permanent achievements under the current rewards rules. Daily challenges and streaks track qualifying activity. XP is not money or a redeemable balance.
How do I cancel a paid subscription?
Use Manage Billing in your account to stop future renewals. Your paid access continues through the period already paid for. See the Refund Policy for details.
How can I update or delete my account?
Use your profile settings for available account controls. Contact BetaPick for privacy requests or help with an account you cannot access.
Where can I report an inaccurate listing or a problem?
Send the relevant product URL and a description through Contact. For security issues, follow the guidance on our Security page and avoid including passwords or sensitive account data.
