Acceptable Use Policy

Respectful participation

Treat other builders and community members with respect. Harassment, hateful conduct, and abusive language toward other users are not allowed anywhere on BetaPick, including in reviews and reported content.

Product submissions

Only submit products you are authorized to list, with accurate names, descriptions, pricing, and screenshots. Duplicate listings for the same product, and listings for malicious, illegal, or deceptive software, are not allowed.

Ownership of a listing may be verified against the product's own website, and listings that fail ongoing ownership checks may be marked as needing attention or delisted.

Reviews and voting

Reviews should reflect a genuine experience with the product. You may publish one review per product and update it at any time — do not create multiple accounts to post repeat or fake reviews, and do not offer or accept incentives in exchange for a review or an upvote.

If you see a review that violates these guidelines, you can report it to our moderators directly from the review.

Prohibited content

Do not post content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware or phishing links, or is spam, including automated or bulk-submitted content intended to manipulate rankings.

Enforcement

We may hide, edit, or remove content, delist products, and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, without prior notice when necessary to protect the community.
