Filing a notice

If you believe content on BetaPick, such as a product listing, screenshot, or logo, infringes your copyright or other rights, send us a notice through the Contact page using the Report content topic and include:

Your contact information; a description of the work you believe is infringed; the exact URL of the content on BetaPick; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Our response

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it and may remove or disable access to the reported content while we investigate. We will make a reasonable effort to let the person who submitted the content know a report was received.

Counter-notice

If you submitted content that was removed and believe this was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice through the Contact page with your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.

Repeat infringement

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others may be suspended.
