Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
This policy explains how BetaPick uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies, and the choices available to you.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar browser storage, such as local storage, for some of the same purposes.
How we use them
We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your session, and protect the service against abuse. Without these, features like voting, bookmarking, reviewing, and submitting products would not work.
We also keep a small amount of first-party data about product page views and outbound clicks to power features such as trending and weekly rankings. This is tied to products, not used to build advertising profiles, and does not rely on third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Cookies we don't use
BetaPick does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell cookie-derived data to advertisers.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you review, block, or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will likely prevent you from signing in or using account features on BetaPick.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as BetaPick evolves. If you have questions about our use of cookies, reach out through the Contact page on betapick.net.
